I3 Software Private Limited is situated in 202, Patny Apartment. If you know Secunderabad, you know the Patny area is always buzzing with activity. Our office is a straightforward two-bedroom flat that we converted into a workspace for our developers. It’s not a high-tech glass tower, just a regular building with a bit of history. We have our computers set up on long wooden tables, and the wires are tucked away as best as we can manage. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with code to worry about the decor. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air when the indoor air conditioning gets too chilly. It’s a good spot to watch the people down on the street. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors are used to us staying late and the glow of the monitors through the windows. We don’t have a receptionist, so if the door knocks, someone just yells for whoever is closest to go open it. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We spend our days solving logic problems and drinking way too much instant coffee. It’s just a group of us trying to build something useful without making too much of a fuss about it. That's the way we've always operated here in Secunderabad, focusing on our work while the city carries on outside our window.
