Our office is at 5 11 in HB Colony, here in Hyderabad. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, mostly residential houses and small shops. Our building is easy enough to find once you get into the colony. It’s not a big glass tower; it’s just a regular building where we’ve taken up some space. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks. One room is where we do most of the technical stuff, and another is where we keep all the paperwork and files. It’s often a bit cluttered because we have a lot going on at once. We don't really follow a strict dress code or have those long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk across the room when we need something. The internet can be temperamental sometimes, but we’ve got two connections just in case. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in this city. We like the quietness of HB Colony compared to the more crowded parts of Hyderabad. At lunchtime, we usually walk to a nearby mess or just bring boxes from home. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. We aren't doing anything fancy, just working hard every day to make sure our clients get what they need.
