Our office is tucked away in Ameerpet, right beside the Gurudwara at 7-1-100/2. It is a noisy part of Hyderabad, especially with all the students living at the Tirumala Boys Hostel next door. We go by Hub Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd. Most of the time, the team is just sitting at their screens coding or fixing some bug that popped up out of nowhere. It gets pretty crowded around here during lunch time when everyone spills out onto the street for food. We have a few rooms with basic desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. It is not a place for flashy meetings. We just focus on the software tasks we have on our plates. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of working in this area. We have been in this spot for a bit now and the locals know us. It is simple work. We don't have any big speeches about changing the world. We just take the projects as they come and try to finish them before the deadline hits. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the Hyderabad heat. You won't find any marble floors here. Just people working hard and trying to get through the day's list of things to do. It is a basic setup, but it gets the job done for us.
