Hightech Technical Services is based at 5-4-33, inside the Sterling Apartments on Distillery Road in Ranigunj, Secunderabad. It’s a bit of an older building, but it suits us just fine. Being in Ranigunj means we’re close to a lot of the commercial activity in Secunderabad, which is handy for getting parts or meeting with people. Our office is a mix of desks, computers, and various bits of technical gear scattered around. It’s not a polished corporate suite, but it’s where we do all our planning and troubleshooting. We’ve been working out of this spot for a number of years now. The team here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We handle various technical requests that come our way, mostly from local folks or businesses who need someone to look at their systems. We don’t have a flashy sign or a big lobby. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us busy at our desks or on the phone trying to figure out a problem. The traffic on Distillery Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really bother with marketing brochures or sales pitches. We just try to be helpful when someone calls with a technical issue. It's honest work, and we enjoy the challenge of fixing things that aren't working like they should. We just take things one day at a time here.
