Help Desk It

Help Desk It is located over in Old Bowenpally. We are in a house, number 9-2-61, in the Hashmatpet area of Secunderabad. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the main city center, which is nice for focusing on work. We have been in this spot for some time. There isn't a big sign or anything like that, so you just have to look for the right house number on the gate. Living and working in Secunderabad has its own pace and it isn't very fast. Some days are really busy and others are just steady. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with whatever comes across the screen. It is a simple setup we have here. There are a few trees nearby that give some shade in the hot afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or find something else to do in the meantime. Being in Hashmatpet means we are close to some good tea stalls, so we take breaks there once in a while to stretch our legs. We don't have a lot of people coming in and out constantly, which suits us just fine. It’s just a basic office where we handle IT-related things for those who need it. Most of our neighbors know us by now and say hello. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the cables get a bit messy behind the desks. It’s just how it goes when you work with computers all day long in a small space like this.
