Our place is at Plot No. 94 on Gandhi Nagar Road. If you know where the Nanda Nagar bus stand is in Balanagar, we are right near there. It makes it easy for the guys to get to work since the bus stops almost right in front of the gate. The shop is usually pretty full of metal bits and wires. We’ve got machines running and people moving around all day. It gets a bit dusty, but that’s just how industrial work goes in this neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything to draw attention. Most people just know where we are by now through word of mouth. We’ve been in this building for a long time and the floors are pretty worn down. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, so we just put a bucket under it and keep going with our tasks. We aren’t interested in looking like a big corporation with polished floors. We’re just a local tech shop doing what we do. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who have been here since the start. We spend a lot of time talking over parts and messy drawings. Sometimes we disagree on how to fix a difficult problem, but we always figure it out by the end of the day. The tea stall down the street is where we usually go for our morning breaks. It’s just a normal life for everyone here.
