Grace & Blonds is tucked into SMR Sartaj Plaza at Diamond Point. We have shops number 2 and 3 on the ground floor. It’s right there in Sikh Village. If you are near the Oriental Bank of Commerce, you are very close to us. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. The plaza is usually full of people going about their day. Our salon is a bit of a mix of things. We have areas for hair and some spots for other beauty treatments. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it mopped. It’s not a huge place, but it feels big enough for what we do. We don't have any corporate training or anything fancy like that. We just learned by doing the work for years. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit cramped when friends come along with our customers. We have a few old magazines for people to read. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good for the Hyderabad heat. We are just a local business trying to do a good job. We don't make big promises. We just tell you what we can do and then we do it. It’s a simple way to run things. Most people find us through word of mouth around Diamond Point. The shop is usually open until late, depending on how many people are waiting for their turn.
