So we are over here at CTC Parklane, which everyone knows is the place to go when your laptop starts acting up or you need a specific cable. Our spot is Shop No. 1 on the 4th floor, specifically in the 403 'A' Block. It is a bit of a trek up there, but we have been around for a while now dealing with all sorts of computer issues. Most days it is just us surrounded by parts, screwdrivers, and open CPU cabinets. We don't really do the fancy showroom thing because that is not what people coming to Parklane are looking for anyway. They just want their machines fixed so they can get back to work or gaming. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit crowded with boxes, but we try to keep things organized enough so people can find us. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when students and office folks drop by. We’ve seen all kinds of problems, from liquid spills on keyboards to hard drives that just gave up. Being on the 4th floor means it’s a little quieter than the ground floor chaos, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on a motherboard. People usually call us first to see if we have a part in stock before they make the trip up. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
