Glansa Solution

We are over in West Marredpally, specifically at 502, Varija Villa. It’s a nice spot in the LIC Colony area of Hyderabad, 500026. Glansa Solution isn't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team, and that usually means we all end up doing a bit of everything. The office is on the fifth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the trees in the colony. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s not as chaotic as the main city center. We handle various digital solutions, but we don't use those words to sound important. We just help people get their websites or software running. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up and we have to take the stairs, which isn't fun, but it keeps us moving. There’s no dress code here, so you’ll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of rules. We just expect everyone to do their part. People who come to visit usually comment on how quiet the street is compared to the rest of Hyderabad. We’ve been in Varija Villa for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the neighbors. It’s a comfortable place to work without the pressure of a high-rise corporate office. We just keep things moving along day by day.
