We operate out of Plot No.101 in Bowinpally, which most people around here just call the Red House. It is situated right near Malla Reddy Gardens, so it isn't too hard to find if you are looking for it. We have been working from this spot for quite some time now. The building is older, but it works for what we do every day. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees or a fancy glass office. It’s just a few of us handling the daily tasks and making sure everything is running. Sometimes the gate squeaks when people come in, and we keep meaning to fix it, but there is always something else to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with paperwork at our desks. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons, so the coolers are always running in the background. We try to stay organized, but sometimes things get a bit messy when we are busy with orders. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses or families living nearby. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the gardens every day. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time. We don’t do any big promotions. We just open the doors in the morning and do the work that needs doing until it’s time to lock up and go home.
