It’s more of a residential-style setup than a big glassy office building, which we actually prefer because it feels more relaxed. We handle various solutions and tech-related tasks here, mostly sitting at our desks and working through whatever projects are on the schedule for that week. Secunderabad has its own pace compared to Hyderabad, and Lallaguda is a place where you actually get to know your neighbors. We often have people dropping by or the delivery guy stopping for a chat. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for our equipment and a few desks. We don't put on any airs about being a big international firm. We're just a local company doing our best to get the work done right. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or planning out the next steps for our clients. It can be repetitive sometimes, but we like the technical side of things. We try to keep the atmosphere light so the work doesn't get too stressful.
