G V Builders

Our office for G V Builders is situated in Vikrampuri Village, specifically in the Kakaguda and Karkhana area. It’s a place where we do all our planning and meeting for the building projects we take on. Being builders means we spend more time on dusty sites than we do in the office, but this is our home base. The walls are covered with sketches and notes about different jobs. We don't have any polished brochures or professional photos to show off. We’d rather just show you a house or a wall we actually built. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us and the crews we hire. We’ve been working around the Karkhana area for quite some time, so we know the ground and the local ways of doing things. It’s not always easy, especially when materials get expensive or the weather doesn't cooperate with the schedule. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what it will take to get the job done and then we try to do it. It’s straightforward work. We don't have a lot of corporate talk here. We talk about bricks, wood, and concrete. If you come by Vikrampuri Village to see us, you’ll likely find us with some dirt on our clothes, which is just part of the job. We're just regular people building things for other regular people. That’s about all there is to it.
