You can find us at Shop No G-10 in the S.A. Trade Center over in Ranigunj. We spend a lot of time surrounded by drills, grinders, and all sorts of power tools. Being an authorized spot for Bosch means we get a lot of people coming in looking for parts or a new machine for their work. The shop is usually a bit dusty because of all the equipment coming in and out, but we don't mind it much. It’s part of the trade. Ranigunj is a hub for this kind of stuff, so there’s always noise and movement around 5--68. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years. They know these tools inside out. If a customer has a problem with a motor or a switch, we usually have a look at it right there on the counter. We aren't a big flashy showroom. It's more of a practical space where people come to get what they need so they can get back to their jobs. We keep the shelves stocked as much as possible, though sometimes things run out faster than we expect. Most of our day is spent unboxing shipments or writing out receipts by hand. We like the pace here. It’s busy but it’s honest work. Anoopam Power Tools Pvt Ltd has been our life for a long time, and we just focus on getting the right tools to the people who use them every day.
