First-Tek Pvt Ltd is situated at 14-48 Indira Gandhi Nagar. We are right opposite the IDPL Colony in the Balanagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a pretty industrial part of town, so there’s always a lot of noise and activity. We work on technical projects and IT services. Our office is a simple setup with rows of computers and a small break room where we usually end up talking about work anyway. Balanagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the staff to get to, though the buses are always crowded. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. We aren't a big, fancy tech firm with bean bags and free snacks. It’s more of a traditional workplace where people come in, do their hours, and go home. We handle a variety of tech tasks for different companies. Sometimes it’s fixing old code, and other times it’s helping someone set up a new network. The power goes out occasionally, which is annoying, but we have backups to keep things running. Our team is a bunch of hardworking guys and girls who know their stuff. We don't really use big marketing words to describe what we do. If someone has a tech problem, we look at it and try to find a solution that works for them. It is honest work and we try to stay on top of things.
