E Merge

E Merge is based out of Kukatpally in Hyderabad, specifically over at Eshwar Villas. We are in Flat No 159, which is a quiet enough spot considering how much the city has grown lately. It’s not a huge office, just a workspace where we sit down and get through the day's list. Surya Chandra Rao runs things here, and it’s a pretty low-key environment. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Mostly, it’s just us working on what needs doing. Hyderabad is a big place, but we like being in this residential area because it’s a bit calmer. Sometimes the traffic in Kukatpally is a headache, but once you get inside the villas, it’s fine. We’ve been here for a bit now and the routine is pretty settled. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our work properly. If you come by, you might see a few of us chatting near the door or just buried in our desks. It’s a simple setup for a simple team. No one here wears suits unless they really have to. We just prefer to be practical about how we spend our time. It’s a small operation but it keeps us busy enough. We take things as they come and try to stay organized without being too rigid about it. There’s always some paperwork to sort or a call to take, and we just keep at it.
