We are located at S/O M. Mohanaiah’s place in S. B. R Puram, Vadamalapet. This is in the Chittoor district of A. P. It’s a very local operation we’ve got going here. We call the business Developer. My family has been in this area for a long time. People know us by name, not just by the business sign. The office is really just a part of our daily life here. We don't have a big staff or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure things are handled correctly. The weather in Chittoor can get pretty hot, so we usually do our heaviest work in the mornings when it's cooler. We don't go for any of those modern management styles. We just talk to people and figure out what they need. It's straightforward. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with something. We don't mind. It's part of living in a place like Vadamalapet. We’ve kept things simple over the years. We use basic tools and stay focused on the task at hand. There's no need to make things more complicated than they are. We just want to keep the lights on and do right by the people who trust us with their work. It’s a family-run feel, and we plan to keep it that way for as long as we can. We appreciate everyone who stops by our door to check on our progress.
