Our shop is down on the ground floor of the CTC building in Parklane. If you've ever been to Secunderabad for computer parts you probably know the CTC area. It's always crowded and there's a lot of noise. We are at unit 116. It's not a big space but we pack a lot of stuff in there. We spend most of our time opening up boxes or checking invoices. The air conditioning in the building works most of the time which is a relief in the summer. We see a lot of different people every day because Parklane is such a hub. Sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming with all the competition around but we just focus on what’s in front of us. We have been here long enough that the other shop owners are like neighbors. We mostly sell laptops and parts but we also look at machines that aren't running right. The floor is a bit scuffed from moving boxes around all day. We keep a stack of old catalogs in the corner even though everything is online now. It feels right to have them. If you’re navigating the maze of CTC just look for the ground floor signs. We are usually here until late evening. It is a busy life but we enjoy the pace of the market. We just keep our heads down and work.
