It’s a very grounded way to work. The team is small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is working on. We often find ourselves staying late to finish up reports or double-check some numbers. It’s just how things go here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big shiny lobby; we just want to get the work done right. Being in Gandhi Nagar gives us a good sense of the local community, and we like being part of it every day.
