Delightsoft Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is over in Kukatpally, specifically on the 2Nd Floor of G.P. Rao Enclave in Kphb Colony. It’s on 3Rd Road, which isn't as loud as the main highway but still gets its fair share of traffic. Being in room 301 means we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the door open, though we usually keep it shut because of the dust. Information technology sounds like a very clean and shiny business, but our office looks like any other busy workplace. There are wires running along the baseboards and boxes of old hardware tucked under the spare desks. We’ve got a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always running. Kphb Colony is a massive place, so we usually have to give very specific instructions to anyone visiting for the first time. Tell them to look for the enclave name, not just the building number. We’ve had the same neighbors on the third floor for years, and we all get along okay. The elevator is one of those small ones where three people is a crowd, so most of us just walk up the two flights of stairs. It’s a good way to wake up in the morning. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and a few notes about ongoing tasks. It’s a straightforward place where we focus on the work at hand without much fuss or bother.
