D.B. Computers

You can find D.B. Computers down in the cellar at Shop No: 36 in the Ctc building on Parklane. Being in the basement means we do not get much sunlight, but it is quiet enough to get the work done. The shop is small and usually filled with parts and half-finished projects. We have been in Parklane for quite a while now. Most people know this building for all the different shops inside, and we are just one of the many. It is a bit of a maze down here in the cellar. We spend our time looking at circuits and trying to get machines to behave. It is not glamorous work, but someone has to do it. Customers usually come down the stairs with something that stopped working. We take a look, give them an honest answer, and see what can be salvaged. There is always a pile of cables somewhere that needs sorting. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The air conditioning in the building is a bit hit or miss, so it gets warm in the afternoons. Still, it is a good spot for us. People who work in Ctc know us by name. We do not bother with fancy displays. The workbench is the most important part of the shop. We just stay down here and keep at it until the jobs are finished for the day.
