We have been operating out of DD Colony in Secunderabad for a while now. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet compared to the main city roads. Our office is near the Central Excise building. We work on various system-related tasks, mostly handling computer setups and fixing technical issues for other small businesses around here. It’s a small team of us. Some days are slow and we just sit around checking the inventory, but other days everyone is calling at once because a server went down or a printer stopped working. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. The office space is a bit cramped with all the old monitors and boxes of cables piled up in the corner. We keep saying we will organize it, but then a new project comes in and we forget about it. Secunderabad has a different vibe than Hyderabad, and we like that it’s a bit more relaxed. We usually take a lunch break at the same time and go to the small mess nearby. It’s simple work, mostly troubleshooting and making sure things run like they are supposed to. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the equipment stays running and their computers don't crash again the next day. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair job if someone really needs their laptop back by morning. It's just how we do things in DD Colony.
