Our team here is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. The office isn't anything fancy. It is a functional space with workbenches, soldering stations, and plenty of testing equipment. We don’t bother with corporate slogans or mission statements. We just focus on the hardware and making sure everything works the way it should. Most of us live around the ECIL area, so it’s a short trip to get to work. During lunch, we usually head out to one of the small mess halls nearby for some rice and dal. The weather in Hyderabad can get pretty hot, but our workspace stays cool enough for the equipment. We’ve been at this Kapra location for quite a while, and the locals are used to seeing us around. We don't go looking for the spotlight. We just handle the technical side of things and keep things moving by doing the job right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. It is just a normal office where we do our technical tasks.
