Our company, Css Technergy Limited, is situated in Somajiguda at 6-3-680/A/B on Thakur Mansion Lane. It’s a fairly central location, which is handy for most of the staff. The lane itself can get pretty busy during the day, so there’s a lot of movement and noise around. Inside the office, it’s a bit more settled. We have a simple layout with desks and computers, nothing too over the top. We aren't really the type to use fancy jargon or write long mission statements. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the time, you’ll find us hunched over our screens or chatting about a specific problem we’re trying to solve. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We’ve found that being in this part of town makes it easy to stay connected to what’s happening in the local business scene. There are plenty of places to grab a tea or a quick snack just a short walk away. Sometimes we all go out for a bite together, but usually, people just do their own thing. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve made the space our own over the years. It feels like a real workplace rather than a showroom. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of our daily tasks without making it complicated. Most days are just about putting in the time and getting things finished.
