We’ve got a shop at Number 15 in the Polesitti Enclave in Karkhana. It’s right in the lane next to the Ghanshyam Super Market in Vikrampuri. It’s a handy spot because we can just pop out for lunch when we need to. We deal with various industrial and commercial items, mostly things people need for their businesses or homes. The shop isn't very large, so we have boxes stacked up in most corners and against the back wall. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and talking to people who come in looking for specific parts for their machines. It’s a bit of a neighborhood spot, and we know many of the regulars who live around here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in, and we have to move everything around just to make enough space for people to walk. We don’t have any fancy displays, just shelves with the things people ask for most. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know where everything is, even if it looks a bit disorganized to someone else. It’s a simple operation where we try to have what people are looking for. Karkhana is a good area to be in, and being near the supermarket means there’s always people walking by. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and see what the day brings. It is just a normal shop run by normal people.
