You can find us in Uppal at 2-19-91/2 in Kalyanapuri. It is a busy residential area in Hyderabad, and our shop is right in the thick of it. The street outside is always full of bikes and people heading to work. We have a pretty basic setup inside with some metal racks and wooden workbenches that have seen better days. The floor is made of that old-style stone that stays cool even when it is boiling outside. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting software or swapping out dead batteries. There is always a pile of cardboard boxes in the corner from the latest shipment of parts. We don't bother much with decorations; the walls are mostly covered with calendars and some old technical charts. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait, which gives us a chance to tidy up the workbench. The locals know us as the place to go when their computer starts acting up. We have a small fridge for cold water and a couple of stools for anyone who wants to wait while we look at their device. It is nothing special to look at, just a functional space where we handle computer repairs. The Uppal traffic can be a nightmare in the evening, so we usually try to wrap things up before the rush starts. We keep a stash of pens that mostly don't work, but we still haven't thrown them away for some reason.
