Cmc Ltd

Our office is located in Lonavala, over in the Bhangarwadi area. We’re at number 13, right near the Ram Mandir. It’s a nice enough spot, though it gets very wet during the monsoon season. We share the space with Sanjay Khandelwal. Cmc Ltd has been running out of this location for a while now. Being in a place like Lonavala is different from being in the middle of a huge city like Pune. It’s a bit quieter, which we like. The air feels a little fresher, even if the town gets crowded with tourists on the weekends. We don't have any flashy signs or glass walls. It’s just a functional space where we get our work done. Most of the time, it's just the sound of keyboards and the occasional bell from the temple nearby. We focus on the tasks at hand. We don't really go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We're just people who show up and do what needs doing. It’s a simple operation. Sometimes we have tea outside when the weather is nice. We know the people around Bhangarwadi and they know us. It feels like we're part of the local fabric here. There’s no corporate ladder to climb in this office, just a small team working together to keep things moving along. It’s a decent way to earn a living and we are happy enough with how things are.
