We are located at 20-2-390 in the Old Kabutar Khana area of Hyderabad. If you know the city, you know this part is very old and very busy. The streets are narrow and there is always the sound of rickshaws and people talking loudly. Our office is tucked away in one of the older buildings. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep. Inside, it’s a tight squeeze with all the desks and cabinets we have crammed in there. We don't have a lot of extra space. The walls are covered with various charts and some old maps. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always spinning. Being in this part of town means we are close to everything, but it also means it’s never really quiet. We’ve grown used to the noise though. Someone is usually drinking tea or eating a snack while they work. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code. Most of the time, we are just in comfortable clothes that handle the heat well. The building itself has a lot of character, even if the plumbing is a bit temperamental sometimes. We’ve been here for years. The shopkeepers nearby know us by name. It’s a messy, loud, and very real place to work. We just get our daily chores done and head home when the market starts to quiet down. Cmc Ltd is right in the thick of it all, and that's how we like it.
