Cluster Manager In Aster

I work out of Flat No. 58/B in the Amani Enclave, which is located in North Kamala Nagar in the ECIL area of Hyderabad. It is basically a residential apartment that serves as the base for managing the different clusters we handle. Since it is a flat, it has a kitchen and a small balcony where I usually go to take phone calls when the weather is nice. The enclave is a decent place with a lot of families living around, so it is usually quiet during the day when most people are out at work or school. My desk is set up in the main living area and it is usually covered with maps, schedules, and a couple of laptops. It is not a formal office environment, which I think makes things a bit more relaxed when people have to come over for meetings. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it is just a neighbor or a delivery, but that is just part of working from a place like this. Hyderabad can get very hot, but the thick walls of the apartment keep it relatively cool inside even without the AC running all the time. I spend a lot of my time coordinating between different sites from this single spot. It is a practical way to manage things without needing a big commercial office space in the middle of the city. It gets the job done.
