Choice Solutions is based in Ameerpet, which everyone in Hyderabad knows is a completely hectic place to work. Between all the coaching centers and the crowds of students, there’s never a quiet moment. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s not a huge space, just a practical area where we can sit down and focus on our work. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception area. It’s a very informal setup where we spend most of our time on computers or discussing projects over tea. Sometimes the power goes out or the building’s lift stops working, so we just walk up the stairs like everyone else. It’s all part of the daily grind in this part of the city. We’ve seen so many businesses come and go in Ameerpet, but we’ve just kept doing our thing year after year. We aren't trying to sound like a major corporation. We’re just a local team that knows how to handle the work we get. There’s no script for how we talk to people who come in. We just listen and see what needs to be done. It’s a very straightforward and honest way to operate. We don’t worry about how things look as long as we’re meeting our deadlines and getting things finished. It’s a busy, noisy life, but it suits us just fine here in Hyderabad.
