Channels Information Technology

Down here in Secunderabad, we operate out of Veena Potarla. It’s a place that most locals know, even if it doesn’t always show up perfectly on the digital maps. We work on information technology stuff, but we aren't some giant tech firm with bean bags and a pool table. We just have sturdy desks and good computers. The building has been around for a bit, so it has that solid, older feel to it. It can get pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day long. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the code or the hardware we’re dealing with. Channels Information Technology is a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without sending a dozen emails. There’s a lot of history in Secunderabad, and you can feel it in the streets around us. We usually bring our own tiffin boxes for lunch, though sometimes we go out for biryani if we’ve finished a big project and feel like celebrating. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one wears a suit here unless they really have to. We just show up, do the IT work that needs doing, and try to stay ahead of the bugs. It’s a simple life, but it’s busy enough to keep us on our toes every single day. We don't need fancy things to get the job done right.
