We've been based here at 303 Praveen Residency for a bit now. Srinagar Colony is a busy part of Ameerpet and you can always hear the traffic from the windows. It’s a typical Hyderabad office setup where most of us just focus on the code and fixing whatever bugs pop up during the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up so we end up taking the stairs, which isn’t great in the summer heat. Catalytic Software Hyderbad isn't a massive corporation with fancy glass walls. We just have our desks, some decent computers, and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. Most mornings start with checking emails and seeing what tasks got left over from yesterday. The neighborhood has a lot of places to eat nearby which is handy when we stay late. We don't really do big meetings unless it's necessary. Usually, we just talk over the monitors to get things sorted. It's a straightforward environment. The address 500016 is easy for couriers to find at least. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. There’s no dress code really, just people in jeans trying to get through their to-do lists before the weekend hits. It gets pretty quiet in the evenings after everyone else in the residency goes home. We like the spot because it’s central even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare on some days.
