Balram Enterprises

We operate out of the Nagarjuna Apartments in Venkat Nagar. It is a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential building, but it works for Balram Enterprises. We are quite close to the E-Seva center, so there are always people around. Our office is not very big. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and computers. It is a quiet place to work for the most part, except when people are moving in or out of the other apartments. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just answers the door. We spend a lot of time on the computer or out visiting sites. Venkat Nagar is a decent area with lots of trees and small shops. We have been here for a few years and have gotten to know the security guards and the neighbors well. It is a very normal, low-key way to run a business. We don't have any fancy brochures. Most of our work comes through word of mouth or people seeing our name in the building directory. We just try to get the work done without making a lot of fuss. It is a practical way to live and work. We enjoy the convenience of being in the middle of a neighborhood.
