We are based in a flat in Subham Sapphire Apartments. It is unit 205 in the Vijayapuri area of South Lallaguda. Secunderabad is a busy place, but this building is tucked away a bit. We set up some desks and computers in the main room. It does not look like a big company office. It feels more like a home where people happen to work. There are files piled up on the shelves and wires running along the floor. We spend most of the day on the phone or typing. Sometimes the lift in the building does not work, so we have to take the stairs. The balcony has a few plants that someone forgets to water. We make our own coffee in the small kitchen area. It is a quiet team. We do not have meetings in glass boardrooms. We just talk across the desks. When people come to visit, they sometimes get confused by the apartment numbers. We have to tell them to look for the blue door. The traffic outside can be loud during the evenings. We stay late most nights to finish whatever task is on the screen. It is a simple setup for the kind of work we do. There is no fancy reception desk or a person waiting at the door. You just walk in and see us working. We like the quiet of this residential street for our daily tasks.
