Avni Tech

Avni Tech is located at D.No.129 in Ram Reddy Nagar, which is part of the Ida Jeedimetla area. We are right near the Kanta Rubber Company, so most people use that as a landmark to find us. This part of town is very industrial, so there is always the sound of engines and metal clanging in the background. Our building is a plain concrete structure that does not look like much from the outside. Inside, it is usually a bit of a mess with wires and different parts scattered across the workbenches. We have a small team of five people working here. None of us wear fancy clothes or sit in private offices. Most of our talking happens while we are standing around a machine or sharing some snacks during a break. The ventilation in the building is not the best, and it can get quite stuffy in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the walls. We have an old air conditioner that makes a loud rattling noise, but we leave it on anyway to stay a bit cool. I usually try to get to work very early to avoid the heavy trucks that block the roads in Jeedimetla. We spend a lot of our time trying to fix things that are broken. Some days are harder than others and we stay late to figure things out. That is just how the work goes.
