Avantel Softech

Avantel Softech is based in Gudlavalleru, which is in the Krishna District. Our address is a bit long because it’s a house in a smaller town. We’re at H. No-5/68 on Santa Road. G. G. Dasaradh Kumar and G. N. Ratna Rao are the names associated with this place. It’s a very different vibe from working in a big city like Hyderabad or Vijayawada. Everything is much more laid back here. The office is part of a residence, so it has a very personal feel to it. You can see the fields not too far away and the air feels a bit cleaner. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know each other well. We sit together, work on our software tasks, and take breaks when we need to. There’s no strict corporate dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get on with it. Santa Road is a familiar place to everyone in this part of town. Sometimes people drop by just to say hello or ask what we are up to. It’s a friendly environment. We don't have a high-speed elevator or a fancy glass entrance. It’s just a door and some rooms with computers. We like the simplicity of being in Gudlavalleru. It allows us to focus on our work without all the distractions and noise of a larger urban center.
