We are over at House Number 460 in the Indra Reddy Alwyn Colony. This is in the Miya Pur area of Hyderabad. Au Computer Services Pvt Ltd is a place where we spend our time fixing things and managing computer stuff for people. It’s a pretty basic setup. We’ve got a lot of spare parts and tools lying around on the benches. It’s not a fancy showroom. Most people who come here are looking to get something repaired or they need some technical help with their systems. The colony is a busy residential spot, so there’s always something going on outside. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know where to find us. Hyderabad is a tech city, but we like keeping things on a smaller, more personal level. We aren't some huge chain with hundreds of stores. It’s just us in this building, working on machines and talking to customers. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of hardware delivered, but we manage the space okay. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here in Alwyn Colony. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just try to do a good job so people come back when they have trouble again. It's a good way to stay involved with the community.
