We are located at Shop No. 66 in the C-Block of Chandralok Complex, right on S. D. Road. If you know that area, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic and people moving around at all hours. Our shop is actually quite small and usually packed with laptops, monitors, and various cables tangling up everywhere on the counters. We mostly spend our time fixing computers that have crashed or trying to get rid of nasty viruses that people accidentally download while browsing. It is a lot of "have you tried turning it off and on again" type of conversations every single day. We also handle software installations and some basic networking for local folks who need help. The lighting in the complex isn't the best, so we have got extra lamps at our workstations so we can see what we are doing with those tiny screws. People come in all day with broken screens or slow hard drives, and we just do our best to get them back in working order as fast as we can. It is a bit of a squeeze when more than three customers are in the shop at once. S.D. Road is always noisy with horns, but we have gotten used to the sound while we work. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know how to take a computer apart.
