Our shop, Apollo Online, is tucked away in Sri Vani Residency, which is right near the Sai Baba Temple in P S Rao Nagar. It’s a nice enough spot, and the temple nearby means there are always people walking past. We handle various online services and digital tasks from this small office. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We aren't some big tech firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just us here helping people with whatever they need to get done on the internet. Whether it’s filing forms or printing documents, we stay pretty busy. The office can get a bit cramped when a few customers come in at the same time, but we just ask them to pull up a chair and wait a minute. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished reception area. Sometimes the printer jams or we have to explain the same steps a few times to someone who isn't used to computers, but that’s just part of the day. We’ve been in P S Rao Nagar for a while now, so we know most of the people who come through the door. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure the local folks have a place to go when they need something digital sorted out. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the neighborhood here.
