We have another spot over in Balanagar, at H No 6/8 in Raju Colony. This location is a bit different from our other one, but the way we work is exactly the same. It is tucked into a more residential-feeling street, which is a nice break from the main road traffic. The house we work out of is pretty typical for Hyderabad. We have turned a few rooms into office spaces where we can sit and concentrate. It is not a corporate glass tower, and we like it that way. It feels more like a home, which helps keep the stress down. We have our files and equipment spread out across the rooms. There is usually someone around to answer the door, though we might be in the middle of a project. We don't go in for big marketing plans or trying to sound like a multinational. We are just a local business doing what we know how to do. The people who live around Raju Colony are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. We try to keep things quiet and not bother the neighbors too much. It is a simple setup. We sit down, we do the work, and we make sure things are handled correctly. No big mission statements, just a group of people working hard in a small office in Balanagar. It has worked for us so far, and we don't plan on changing.
