Amoha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 604, Topaz Block, within the My Home Jewel complex. It’s a bit of a different setup because we are inside a residential and commercial block rather than on a main street. You have to go through the security gates and walk past the gardens to find us. Our workspace in room 604 is pretty quiet and looks more like an apartment than a traditional office. We have several long tables where we keep our laptops and monitors. There are wires running along the floor and a small corner where we keep the kettle for making tea. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with our logo on the wall. Usually, we are all just sitting in our chairs, focused on the screens. The view from our windows shows the rest of the My Home Jewel buildings and some of the greenery around the complex. It’s a very relaxed environment. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. We spend the whole day coding or talking about software. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s gotten dark outside. The complex is safe and quiet, which helps us concentrate on our work. We don't have any promotional flyers or corporate brochures lying around. We just have our computers and our daily list of things to do. It’s a simple, low-key way to run a technology company.
