Our place is Aim Systems & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are situated at the HR & Engg Development Center on Plot No. 14 in Meenakshi Estate, Jeedimetla Village. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s a good spot for development work. The estate has several other industrial and engineering firms nearby. We’ve got a fair amount of space in our building. There’s a section for the engineering side and a small area where we handle the human resources and admin stuff. It’s a practical environment. We have benches set up for testing and desks for the planning part. The village area is a bit more laid back than the city center, though the estate itself is usually busy with trucks and workers. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. Just a small board with our name on it. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to solve problems and get the systems working right. We drink a lot of coffee and spend long hours looking at blueprints or code. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we’ve chosen to do. We’ve been at Plot No. 14 for a while now. We know the other folks in the estate, and we sometimes help each other out if someone is short on a specific tool or part. It’s a solid, hardworking community here in Jeedimetla. We don't worry about corporate trends. We just focus on the engineering and making sure our solutions actually work for the people who need them.
