Accel Icim

We are based in the Thrissur district at a place called Palayamkode House. It is situated in Thaliyaconam under the Madayiconam P O. This is the office for Accel Icim. Our setup is more like a residential house than a standard commercial building. That is just how things tend to work in this part of Kerala. There is a lot of greenery all around us which makes for a nice view. We work from this house every day and it feels very different from a typical office in a city. There is plenty of space and it stays quiet most of the time except for the sound of the birds outside. We handle all our business matters right here. It is just a small group of us working together. We have known each other for a long time so there is no need for a lot of formality or rules. The address is a bit tucked away in the lanes so people sometimes have to call us for directions. We do not mind helping them find the way. It is just part of living and working in a place like this. We do our best to stay on top of all the work we have to do. There is no big hierarchy here. We just sit down at our desks and get to work. Sometimes we have our tea together in the yard when the weather is nice.
