Accel Icim Frontline Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in the Swapnalok Complex on S.D. Road, specifically in units 417 and 418 on the 4th floor. It is a bit of a walk up if you do not catch the elevator at the right time during the morning rush. S.D. Road is a hectic place to be most days, but being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of distance from all that traffic noise. We have been here for quite a while now, and the office has definitely taken on a lived-in feel. There are cables running along the floor and stacks of papers on most of the desks. Accel Icim Frontline Ltd. is where we handle a lot of the technical support and frontline work that people need help with. It is a lot of phone calls and remote troubleshooting for us. We moved into the second unit because we needed more space for the spare parts and testing equipment we keep on hand. It is not a showroom; it is a working office where things actually get fixed. You will usually find a couple of us hunched over a server or trying to figure out why a specific piece of software is not behaving. We eat our lunch at our desks more often than not, especially when things get busy with incoming requests. The light in the complex can be a bit dim in the hallways, but our units are bright enough. It is just where we spend our nine-to-five.
