We are out in Peddamunigal, which is in the Chandampet area of Nalgonda. It’s quite a different vibe from the city offices. Being in a place like Devarakonda Mand means we are surrounded by a lot more open space and a slower pace of life. Aas Technologies here is a bit of an outlier. People don't expect a tech company to be out in this part of Andhra Pradesh, but we make it work. The building is simple, and we deal with the occasional power cut by just taking a break outside. It’s a lot quieter here than in Hyderabad. You can actually hear the birds instead of horns. We have our computers set up, and we do our best with the internet connection we have. It’s a small group of us, mostly locals who didn't want to move to the big city for work. We wear casual clothes and don't worry about looking corporate. The office stays a bit dusty because of the fields nearby, but we keep the equipment clean. It’s a practical way to live and work. We know the neighbors and they know us. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just a team doing technical work in a place we actually like being in. It’s honest work in a quiet corner of the district.
