W.R.Metal Engineering & Research Center

W.R.Metal Engineering & Research Center is situated at Plot No.C-19 in the Taswade MIDC area of Karad. Since we are in an industrial zone, it’s mostly factories and workshops around us. Our place is a mix of a workshop and a small area where we do our research and testing. It’s not a shiny lab like you see on TV. It’s a practical space with tools, metal scraps, and machines. We spend a lot of time looking at parts and trying to figure out how to make them better. The air in Taswade is full of the smell of metal and machinery. We’ve been here in this plot for some time now. Karad is a good place for this kind of work because of the MIDC setup. It’s a lot of manual labor and technical thinking. We don’t wear suits here; it’s mostly just work clothes that can get a bit dirty. We have a small team of people who know their way around the equipment. Most days are spent on specific projects, just testing things out and seeing what works. It’s a bit noisy when the machines are running, but we are used to it. We just stay focused on the engineering side of things and don't worry about much else. It is honest work and we try to do it right.
