You can find us out at S. No. 109 near Raigaon Phata in the Satara district. It's a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where all the action happens for Tejas Milk & Agro Products (P) Ltd. We deal with stuff coming in from the farms every single day, so things can get pretty messy and loud. There's always a truck backing in or someone moving crates around the yard. It’s not a quiet office job by any means. Most of us wear boots because the ground gets muddy when it rains. We don't spend money on fancy signs or painting the walls every year. The money goes into the equipment and making sure the milk and agro stuff is handled right. My hands are usually busy with something, so I don't get to sit behind a computer much. We see a lot of the same faces every morning when the deliveries arrive. It's a routine that's been going on for years now. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we have to scramble to keep things running, but we're used to it. We aren't some big city firm with a thousand employees. We’re just a group of people in Satara doing what we know how to do. The air out here is a lot better than the city though, even if the work is physical and tiring. We just stay focused on the tasks and get the orders ready for transport before sunset.
