You can find us at Plot No. 4 in Shivneri Chembers, which is on the first floor. We are located in Pratapganj Peth, and the best landmark is the Partap Maruti Temple nearby. You can often hear the temple bells from our windows, which is a nice break from the sound of printers and computers. Shrutika Infotech is a small operation. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around IT stuff. The office in Shivneri Chembers isn't modern or sleek, but it’s comfortable and it’s where we do our best work. Pratapganj Peth is a bit of an older area, so there’s a lot of history around us. We get a lot of walk-ins from people who work in the other shops nearby. They might have a virus on their computer or just need some printing done. We don’t have a fancy reception desk; you usually just walk in and find one of us at a desk covered in cables. We try to be helpful and honest about how long a job will take. If we can’t fix something, we say so. It’s a simple way of working that seems to suit the people around here. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the routine feels right. Just local people helping other local people with their tech problems and staying busy.
