Laxmi Enterprises

You can find us at Laxmi Enterprises over in Pratapganj Peth. We are at Plot No. 182, which is very close to the Durga Mandir. If you hear the bells from the temple, you know you’re almost at our door. The Peth is a busy place, always something going on with the neighbors and the other shops around us. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a few years. It’s a small operation, mostly just me and a couple of relatives helping out. We handle various goods and supplies, depending on what people are looking for. The shop isn't very big, so we have to stack things pretty high to make everything fit. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a website or any of those things. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just walking past on their way to the mandir. We open up early in the morning and stay until the evening rush is over. It’s steady work. We don't make big promises, we just try to have what people need when they need it. The building is old, like most things in this part of town, but it’s sturdy enough for us. We're just regular people trying to run a decent business and pay the bills. That is the long and short of it.
