You can find us at Plot No. 05 in the Konark area of Shahupuri, out here in Satara. We’re really close to the main bus stand, so there’s always people walking by and the sound of buses pulling in and out. It’s a busy part of town to be in. Our shop, Aditya Sales & Services, handles a lot of different things. People bring in their gadgets or appliances that stopped working, and we see what we can do. The workshop area in the back is usually a bit of a mess with tools scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s just a small team of us here. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or a big showroom. It’s just a counter, some shelves for the items waiting to be picked up, and our workbench. The rain in Satara can be pretty heavy, and sometimes we have to move things away from the front door to keep them dry. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local drivers and shopkeepers know us by name. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. If we do a good job, people tell their cousins or neighbors, and that’s how we keep going. It’s a practical way to run things. We just try to fix what’s broken and get it back to the owner as soon as we can.
