Patil Chicken King Private Limited is based out in Vadale, which is part of the Phaltan taluka in Satara. It’s a quiet area mostly, very different from the big cities. We operate out of the space provided by Goraknath Pandurang Sonwalkar. It is a local setup where we handle everything related to the poultry business. In this part of Satara, everyone knows everyone, so news travels fast. We spend our days managing the birds and making sure the logistics are sorted out for deliveries. It’s not a desk job by any means. There’s always dust on our shoes and something that needs fixing or checking. The village life is steady, but the work can be unpredictable depending on the season and the weather. We don’t have a flashy office or a big marketing team. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes the roads a bit difficult to drive on, but that is just part of living in Vadale. We have a small group of workers who help out with the daily chores around the post. Most of our time is spent outdoors or in the sheds. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise until the sun goes down. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just trying to run a decent operation here in Phaltan.
